Andy Andreoli, President. A sailor since 1969, he began his career in boating in 1975. After working as a broker at two dealerships for ten years, Andy started Atlantic Coast Yacht Sales with Grant Huber in 1985. He has represented notable boat lines such as Bristol, Pearson, Tartan, Endeavour, Cape Dory, Ericson, Allied, C & C and currently Caliber Long Range Cruisers, and DeFever Motoryachts.

Andy has lived aboard his 1967 Bristol 29 in ’79 and ’80, delivered many yachts coastwise from New England to Norfolk, and successfully raced his own Merit 25 in addition to various Sabres as crewman. His knowledge and experience are an invaluable resource from which his customers may benefit.

Grant Huber, Vice President of Atlantic Coast Yacht Sales, brings to the job a love of sailing that began 25 years ago. She lived aboard the 50’ yawl “Sandavore” in the West Indies, and managed a charter fleet on the Chesapeake Bay.

She founded ACYS with her partner Andy Andreoli in 1985, and is proud to have been a part of ACYS’s success and growth on the Bay.

Throughout her 16 years of selling both new and used sailboats, she has advised hundreds of customers on all aspects of yacht purchases. In 1999 she won a trip to the America’s Cup Races in New Zealand as Sabre Yachts’ top salesperson.

Charlie Kneller is starting his sixteenth year in the boat business. He has represented dealerships selling Sabres, Calibers, Freedoms, Cape Dorys and Cabo Rico Yachts. He is a graduate of Penn State University and a former naval officer. He and his wife Judy reside in Chestertown, Maryland and have been Chesapeake Bay sailors since 1978.







 

Bobbie Peterson, Office Manager of the Rock Hall office, has been sailing since 1984, enjoying club racing and cruising. She has also sailed in the Caribbean. Bobbie came to Atlantic Coast Yacht Sales in 1997, after turning her Rock Hall summer home into her permanent residence. In addition to her sailing activities, she contributes her time to several volunteer organizations.
